These terms govern your use of apps and tools published by Annie Tsai at annietsai.co (the “Apps”). By using the Apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
Use of the Apps
The Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them only in compliance with applicable law and these terms, and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or the systems they connect to.
Your Google account
Signing in with Google is subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. How the Apps handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The Apps, including their code, design, and content, belong to Annie Tsai. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the Apps as offered.
No warranty
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Apps may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie Tsai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.
Termination
Access to the Apps may be suspended or ended at any time, for any reason. You can stop using the Apps and revoke their access from your Google Account permissions page whenever you like.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the Apps means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
