When you go shopping, do you ever ask yourself, “Do I really need this?”
If you answer no, do you still buy it?
Consider this question for every time you write an email. Do you really need to write that email? Can you in fact look for the answer in a prior email thread, or in some documentation, or just walk down the hall and ask?
