U.S. job satisfaction falls to lowest level in 22 years

“… employee satisfaction dipped across the board; workers in every age group and income levels showed a drop, but workers younger than 25 were the most unhappy in their jobs.”
Are the new necessities outweighing traditional job satisfaction criteria? People care about different things now. Does your employer recognize that? Do you recognize what you care about, and are you voicing that opinion?
