– Are we providing information to you that enhances your experience with our company? If not, what is the useless stuff? What do you want to see more of?
– Are we talking to you frequently enough, and in the manner in which you want us to engage you?
– Are we communicating the right message to the right people at your company? It may be that you are sending how-to emails to the person who pays the bills instead of the actual users.
– Under what other circumstances do you want to hear from us? eMarketers sometimes get nervous about sending too many emails with too much frequency. However, if there is a relevant purpose for the communication that will enhance your user’s experience, you are providing an added benefit. Give your email recipients the ability to choose what types of emails they want to receive.
